Rooms & Rates . . .
At Newton Farmhouse Bed & Breakfast all our rooms are elegantly and comfortably furnished. Each room has a hospitality tray, hairdryer, trouser press, TV and ensuite bath/shower room. The Farmhouse is set in 2 ½ acres and on a summers evening you can enjoy a glass of wine by the pool.
If you book online, please be aware that if you have specific requirements, i.e. ground floor room, bath rather than shower, then please either call us or email direct via our reservation page.
Bed & Breakfast Facilities:
- The pool is available for use after 4pm

Terms & Conditions:
Prices are based on two people sharing a room and not per person
From May-October, only two night bookings are taken at the weekends
three night bookings only on Bank Holiday weekends (including Easter Weekend).
The offer of accommodation is made subject to availability at the time of confirmation
Rooms will be held until 6pm, unless prior arrangements have been made
Please note - we are a completely non smoking establishment and we do not accommodate pets.
Payment:
Please note that whilst we do not accept credit cards, payment may be made in cash and personal or travellers cheques in Sterling.
Cancellation Policy:
If you have to cancel we do require 5 days notice for all bookings, otherwise full payment of your booking will be payable.
