Check-in

Check-in is between 15:00 and 22:00 on the day of your arrival.

Check-out

We ask that all guests please leave their accommodation by 10:00am on the day of departure.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

Your payment for the first night is non-refundable but if the booking is cancelled more than 5 working days before arrival date your full balance will be refunded.

Covid 19

If national lockdown is reinstated or local restrictions do not allow for travel then your full payment will be refunded.

Children

No under 12’s.

Smoking Policy

We do allow smoking up the garden, but not in the rooms or immediate surroundings.

Pets

We have 2 Dogs, many, many chickens and 4 Alpaca’s, as a result, we do not wish to endanger our guests’ pets or our own, and for this reason, we do not allow pets.

Partially refundable – 5 day

The guest will be charged the cost of the first night if they cancel after reservation and the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 5 days before arrival
